As the Side Leader of WITS’s Offshore Delivery Center, you will lead and execute tasks related to the Client Success Representative (CSR) and Operation Support Representative (OSR) roles. You will ensure consistent service quality, project efficiency, and operational support. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and proactive problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with internal operational goals. 【Key Responsibilities】 1. Team Management & Collaboration • Manage and monitor the daily performance of CSR and OSR team members • Act as a communication bridge between the offshore team and local delivery/client teams • Coordinate cross-departmental resources to enhance team execution efficiency 2. CSR Role – Client Success Representative • Develop and maintain enterprise client relationships, plan and execute account strategies to meet sales targets (including proposals, presentations, pricing, and progress tracking) • Understand client needs and design tailored talent solutions to address workforce challenges and help clients achieve business goals • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure project execution, training, and delivery meet client expectations 3. 1.參與國內公共工程統包、施工標等大型專案及建築、土木、營建工程之執行投備標作業，如：BIM建模、彩現動畫及簡報協同製作。 2.以Autocad或Revit圖面套繪,了解機電各系統管路並與土建模型碰撞檢討。 3.根據工程案件繪製施工藍圖，包含建築物內外裝修及細部構造之施工圖、建築物結構體之施工圖及水電配置圖審核 。 3.制定BIM執行計畫書。 4.相關專案會議參與，BIM介面協調會議、建置工作進度安排、工程重要議題、介面協調。 5.依專案需求規劃施工端BIM團隊架構。 6.具良好溝通能力協調資訊整合並領導團隊導入,執行並掌控BIM系統運行。 7.二年以上Revig BIM3D建模(建築、機電)相關經歷 熟悉BIM建模軟體Autodesk Revit、Revit、Tekla 。 8. 經驗熟悉BIM系統概念 並有BIM系統建立實務經驗 9. 土木、建築相關科系畢業
