【公司說明】 禾順數位科技為弱電安裝工程公司，弱電工程最常見的有監視器、對講機、電話總機、網路規劃等等工程。若您還不了解弱電也沒關係，本職缺歡迎願意學習、挑戰的你。 【投遞履歷前 可以先到高雄監視器-禾順的官網 https://pse.is/SNHUZ 更加了解禾順】 【職務內容】 1. 專案啟動與規劃階段 與客戶／業務確認需求、範圍、目標，制定專案章程（Project Charter）。 規劃時程表（Gantt Chart）、資源分配（人力、設備、預算）、風險評估與應變計畫。 定義利害關係人（Stakeholders）清單、溝通計畫、品質標準。 2. 執行與協調階段 組織團隊、分配角色，跨部門協調（業務、工務、行政、供應商）。 監控進度、資源使用，調整排程（如延遲風險處理）。 主持會議（進度檢討、問題解決），回報主管／客戶。 3. 監控與控制階段 追蹤 KPI（如交付率、成本偏差、品質指標），使用工具如 Excel文件表格...等。 風險管理：識別問題、變更控制、議題追蹤。 預算控管、現金流管理（尤其弱電工程常有材料變動）。 4. 結案與後續階段 驗收、文件移轉、完工檢討。 檔案歸檔、團隊經驗分享、專案結案報告。 5. 軟性職掌（跨階段） 團隊領導：激勵成員、衝突解決、績效評估。 溝通管理：每日／週報、會議記錄、利害關係人管理。 工具熟練：Office 套件、工程軟體（如 AutoCAD 基礎）

工作項目： 1. 三廠及生醫廠區餐廳整體及櫃位軟硬設施評估規劃。 2. 三廠及生醫廠區進駐之餐飲類型規劃評估及招商作業。 3. 三廠及生醫廠區之餐飲供膳人員督導及管理。 4. 三廠及生醫廠區各餐飲廠商菜色內容審核及調整。 5. 三廠及生醫廠區進駐餐飲廠商進貨食材品質督導。 6. 三廠及生醫廠區餐廳、廚房環境衛生要求及督導。 7. 定期與三廠及生醫廠區進駐餐飲廠商進行檢討作業。 8. 配合各項宴會需求，找尋適合店家、飯店配合及宴會菜色檢核篩選宴。 9. 其他主管交辦事項。 應徵條件： 1. 具企業餐廳建置規劃、管理、招商綜合性實務經驗5年(含)以上，且可獨立運作。 2. 具餐飲管理經驗5年(含)以上。 3. 熟悉料理烹調方式。 4. 當任過餐飲管理主管職佳。 5. 具餐飲相關證照佳。 6. 積極、細心、與人互動關係良好。 7. 熟悉 Auto CAD軟體操作者佳。 8. 需具備汽、機車駕照及駕駛經驗。 9. 需可配合假日值班。

負責台灣資訊部門之管理，確保資訊系統穩定運作與資訊安全，並配合集團（Greater China）IT 策略推動。 主要工作內容包含： 1. 管理 IT 團隊日常運作，建立並落實標準化流程 2. 規劃與優化資訊系統架構、系統整合與資安防護 3. 主導或參與 ERP 等大型資訊專案 4. 執行 IT 專案管理 5. 跨部門溝通協調，整合需求並提供系統解決方案 本職務為公司關鍵支援角色，能實際參與核心系統與流程優化，對企業營運具實質影響。

主要工作內容： 協助高階主管規劃、管理生產或行銷……等部門目標之達成企劃。 學習組織規劃、制度流程設計及經營分析，進行中長期策略規劃。 學習部門之垂直人力整合及管轄人員的工作監督、績效考核。 負責人員之調度、督導及管理。 完成上級主管交辦事項。 其他條件： 1.須熟悉電腦文書作業相關軟體 （EX: Power point、Word、Excel……） 2.工作經驗10年以上佳。 3.具傳產製造業相關產線管理經驗佳。 4.具高度彈性及抗壓性。 5.優秀的溝通協調能力。 6.生產高階儲備主管直接隸屬公司管理經營者及各部門一級主管管理，需實際參與公司內部高層會議及跨部門專案會議。 薪資待遇條件： 1.$35,000 - $45,000 2.如具備相關主管幹部實務經驗可另談待遇條件。

【Job Description】 1. Lead software requirement discovery sessions with Product Manager and cross-functional team to gather, analyze, and document the requirement and user story. 2. Manage development and documentation of requirements to assure clear understanding from business perspective into technical feasibility. 3. Coordinate with stakeholders to validate and refine the overall design, ensuring alignment with Garmin’s business goals. 4. Collaborate with third-party service providers, the Development team, and the Engineering Business Development team to define and implement technical solutions in line with the project scope. 5. Work closely with the Development, Testing, API and UX teams to implement features and provide best customer experience. 6. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and plans; track milestones and deliverables. 7. Lead regular cross-site meetings to review project progress, address challenges, track action items, and update the risk register, ensuring the successful delivery of the project. 8. Identify project risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and drive timely resolutions. 9. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management. 【Qualification】 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Management, Information Management or a related field. 2. Over 3 years of experience in software project management, including products like mobile app, web or device software. 3. Proven ability to lead cross-functional team from software requirement to launch on mobile app, web or device software. 4. Demonstrate superior analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements 5. Effectively manages and adapts to competing priorities, delivering timely solutions, which meet stakeholder expectations. 6. Strong problem-solving skills; quick to learn new concepts and technologies. 7. Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously 8. Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office and Project. 9. Agile/Scrum/Hybrid methodology experience and/or training 10. Fluent in English (TOEIC 860+ or equivalent), capable of independently hosting cross-site and international meetings. 11. Passion for sports, wellness, digital payment, or cutting-edge technology trends is highly valued.
