1.在產品開發生命周期的早期與客戶開發和設計團隊密切合作。指定用於校準和測量產品特性的校準站、測試站和診斷。 2.與跨職能團隊（EE、SW、PD、HWTE、DFM、Operations, Logistics, Quality, etc）密切合作，支持和推動日常現場活動，以成功搭建EE。 3.推動SMT/FATP的生產準備工作，並提高滿足高端標準的能力以支持NPI，為跨職能團隊提供指導。 4.負責測試程序、測試計劃和測試報告的制定。制定/執行項目計劃。 5.指定/實施測試過程控制和數據收集，記錄所有正在進行的測試。 6.生成每日報告，捕獲生產過程中發現的問題和相關的FA/Yield報告 7.高質量按時完成設計驗證

1.海外建廠、生產/周邊業務系統和自動化倉儲專案推動； 2.負責需求訪談和需求分析並推動和跟進專案順利開展； 3.內外部系統專案整合測試和UAT； 4.支援或推動跨廠區（包含海外廠區）專案的順利進行； 5.作為客戶的服務窗口，推動客戶專案順利進行並負責客戶來訪接待；同時協助完成客戶QA和異常調查處理。
