【任職資格】 1. 曾參與電動車產品（ADAS、域控制器、IVI 系統…等）開發與量產專案，主導軟體測試規劃與執行。 2. 熟悉ASPICE、ISO 26262、ISO 21434等品質系統，具備跨國 OEM 客戶協作與國際稽核應對經驗。 3. 具備軟體自動化測試經驗 【工作主要職責】 一、品質管理體系建立與優化 1. 建立並持續優化車載系統與電動車產品的品質管理體系（QMS），確保符合 ASPICE、ISO 26262、ISO 21434 等車規標準。 2. 制定並監督產品全生命週期的品質策略，從設計階段至量產，確保設計品質（Design Quality）與製程品質（Process Quality）達到 Tier 1 與 OEM 要求。 3. 負責品質稽核（Internal/External Audit），確保內部流程與客戶規範一致。 二、產品測試與驗證 1. 主導電動車產品（含 IVI系統、ADAS、車聯網…等）軟體驗證與測試。 2. 制定並執行供應商稽核與績效考核，並主導供應商驗收標準制定與異常處理機制。 三、跨部門與客戶協作 1. 作為 OEM 客戶的品質窗口，負責重大品質會議與異常回應。 2. 與研發、PM、供應鏈協作，快速處理跨部門品質議題。

As the Side Leader of WITS’s Offshore Delivery Center, you will lead and execute tasks related to the Client Success Representative (CSR) and Operation Support Representative (OSR) roles. You will ensure consistent service quality, project efficiency, and operational support. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and proactive problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with internal operational goals. 【Key Responsibilities】 1. Team Management & Collaboration • Manage and monitor the daily performance of CSR and OSR team members • Act as a communication bridge between the offshore team and local delivery/client teams • Coordinate cross-departmental resources to enhance team execution efficiency 2.
