【Job Description】 1. Lead software requirement discovery sessions with Product Manager and cross-functional team to gather, analyze, and document the requirement and user story. 2. Manage development and documentation of requirements to assure clear understanding from business perspective into technical feasibility. 3. Coordinate with stakeholders to validate and refine the overall design, ensuring alignment with Garmin’s business goals. 4. Collaborate with third-party service providers, the Development team, and the Engineering Business Development team to define and implement technical solutions in line with the project scope. 5. Work closely with the Development, Testing, API and UX teams to implement features and provide best customer experience. 6. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and plans; track milestones and deliverables. 7. Lead regular cross-site meetings to review project progress, address challenges, track action items, and update the risk register, ensuring the successful delivery of the project. 8. Identify project risks and issues, propose mitigation plans, and drive timely resolutions. 9. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management. 【Qualification】 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Management, Information Management or a related field. 2. Over 3 years of experience in software project management, including products like mobile app, web or device software. 3. Proven ability to lead cross-functional team from software requirement to launch on mobile app, web or device software. 4. Demonstrate superior analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements 5. Effectively manages and adapts to competing priorities, delivering timely solutions, which meet stakeholder expectations. 6. Strong problem-solving skills; quick to learn new concepts and technologies. 7. Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously 8. Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office and Project. 9. Agile/Scrum/Hybrid methodology experience and/or training 10. Fluent in English (TOEIC 860+ or equivalent), capable of independently hosting cross-site and international meetings. 11. As an New Product Tech Project Manager (NPT PM), your goals are to drive Material Clear-to-Build, resolve all supply chain logistics issues without impacting the project schedule, and provide logistic solutions to the project team. • Point-to-Point planning and tracking of Engineering Bill of Materials • Identify and resolve all supply issues, including material shortages, logistics issues (custom delay, flight disruption, etc.) • Analyze and ensure production material readiness for Clear-to-Build (CTB) • Drive day-to-day supply status to meet program milestones • Establish and optimize logistics process across worldwide supply chains • Communicate logistics status and risks across cross-functional and global teams • Manage suppliers from various tiers across supply chain 【Minumum Qualifications】 • Bachelor‘s degree in any Engineering or Supply Chain management field or equivalent • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain and program management or electronic manufacturing environment • Proficiency in both oral and written communication in English and Mandarin • Excellent analytical skill and problem-solving skill • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals 【Preferred Qualifications】 • Familiarity with customs clearance requirements and international trade terms • Experience in technology industry, electronic manufacturing, or new product program management is preferred • Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong work ethic and a high degree of flexibility • Fluent in Korean or Vietnamese is a plus

【工作說明】 本職位主要負責國內各大汽車品牌經銷商與總代理（如 Toyota, Lexus, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Ford 等各大經銷體系）之維修設備專案。 您的服務對象是這些汽車集團旗下的「品牌保修服務廠」。這是一份結合「B2B 商務服務」與「廠房設備規劃」的工作。您不需進行陌生掃街，重點在於承接現有經銷集團客戶的信任，並協助他們規劃新廠房或更新維修設備。 【主要工作內容】 1. 原廠專案管理與工程協調 (Project Management) 建廠會議整合： 參與車廠工務會議，協助規劃頂車機等設備之安置動線。 場地勘查： 負責確認現場土木地基、電源配置、氣壓管路是否符合安裝規範（需具備基礎圖面判讀能力）。 流程控管： 負責產品報價、接單、協調倉儲與施工廠商，確保設備從進場安裝到驗收的流程順暢。 2. 既有重點客戶經營 (Account Management) 關係深耕： 擔任現有原廠客戶（如 Toyota, Hino, Hyundai, Ford 等體系）之單一聯繫窗口，定期拜訪了解擴廠需求。 技術顧問： 向客戶進行專業設備（拆胎機、定位機、頂車機）之功能介紹與實機操作示範，提供使用培訓。 售後統籌： 快速處理客戶技術問題與售後需求，維持高滿意度的合作關係。 3. 新品牌與市場開發 (Business Development) 供應鏈爭取： 針對尚未合作之汽車品牌原廠，主動聯繫並介紹公司產品，爭取合格供應商資格。 市場分析： 進行競品價格與市場趨勢調查，提出針對新車廠的銷售策略建議。

* 生產排程計畫之擬定 計畫之維持及跟催 計畫變更之處置 * ERP生產相關作業流程系統作業: 生產工作日誌建檔管理、生產報表紀錄、生產排程作業、開立工單、製令單、請購單與生產交期管理 * 生產原物料控管/生產線物料庫存管理: 原料/配料/包材備料作業、庫存管理、物料採購下單與進度跟催。 * 提出有關原料分配、設備安排等相關的修正建議，增加生產量或提升品質 並在確定排程後，做原物料需求預估，工時計算及分析與工時資料驗算 、工時報表製作及擴建規劃 *生產排程: 帶領生產線作業員協助完成產線的任務 *進度、品質、成本管控，及進度跟催 * 產銷協調、跨部門生產協調:確認訂單、維護訂單出貨順暢、業務協調與溝通、達成產能與出貨目標 * 生產單位ISO相關作業 * 試產／量產時的產品異常分析改善。 * 產線異常事件處理與回報: 產線製程/包裝品質管控、製程改善與優化機器設備維修與調整、安排/協助產線設備維護管理 。
