Responsible for end-to-end project management of ARM-based embedded products, from customer requirement gathering through product development to mass production. Acting as the key interface between customers and internal R&D and manufacturing teams, with English communication essential for requirement discussions, progress reporting, and technical coordination with overseas clients. We are looking for a planner with knowledge and experience in Android system low-level technology, responsible for planning memory technology and specification requirements on Android mobile SOC, as well as strategy planning and technical implementation related to system scheduling (Scheduler) and memory management. This position will work closely with the software engineering, hardware platform, and product teams to propose systematic solutions for Android system performance optimization and plan future memory software and hardware specifications and architecture directions. 1. Must be familiar with mobile memory industry technology trends. 2. Familiarity with mobile SOC security-related knowledge is a plus.

1. Managing the business engagement with major EDA partners, including the licensing of EDA software tools and IP, and purchasing EDA hardware tools. 2.
