Serve as the corresponding window for project matters, understand and respond to customer needs, and integrate internal resources to complete the project as scheduled.

主要負責 中、南區大醫院 (以南區為主Ex: 高雄附醫、高雄長庚醫院 等等，中區有少數病患) 疾病與產品諮詢衛教說明，需協助專案相關彙整與管理報表，並配合臨床拜訪說明。 工作內容： 1.當面收案並做臨床拜訪專案說明，協助臨床病患服務。 2.以電話提供病人疾病或藥品衛教諮詢。 3.個案衛教管理及追蹤，定期提醒病人回診。 4.準時登打服務紀錄及工作回報。 5.針劑使用教學及疑難排解 6.接受不良事件/產品訴怨之相關訓練，並依照規範進行處理及通報。 7.定期彙整專案報表、物資盤點及其他主管交辦事項。

1.作為公司與日本汽車電子客戶之間的技術橋樑，負責產品導入、技術支援與問題解決。 2.回應客戶技術諮詢，分析並解決產品應用過程中遇到的各類技術問題，提升客戶滿意度。 3.追蹤公司產品在客戶端的導入進度，包括試用、測試、量產等階段，並協助分析及解決量產問題。 4.收集市場與客戶需求，回饋研發與市場部門，協助產品優化與新產品規劃。 5.需派駐東京，並根據業務需求在日本出差。

1. 負責公司品管體系的建立，對出現的各種質量問題進行跟蹤處理。 2. 改善產品信賴度、可靠性、品質，進而全面提升產品品質。 3. 製程管制，掌握品質變異狀況，解決問題，負責產品品質水準之穩定。 4. 灌輸作業員品質觀念，教導其使用簡易品管技術。 5. 主導內部稽核活動及外部認證，監督及管理。 6. 負責產品檢驗規劃之制定，以及產品功能之測試與驗證。 7. 熟悉HACCP+ISO22000文件流程。 8. 導入新產品，並處理製程品管問題。 9. 負責文件管理中心之建立與維護，及客戶服務的品保程序之規劃。 10.政府機關.第三方檢驗單位等外部稽核與應對處理 11.完成主管交辦事宜。

●營運報表管理與分析 1.每周/每月營運報表製作 2 監控主要KPI(營收,毛利,營業費用),每月分析實際vs預算差異原因，提出改善建議 ●預測規劃&成本控管 1 製作年度預算, 監控預算與實際差異 2.根據使用人力對專案進行OPEX認列,提供專案成本與毛利分析 ●策略分析 ●主導客戶/產品專案損益分析, 作為高層主管推動盈利性提升方案的依據

負責醫院 中山大慶、中山中興、中山附醫 1.發炎性腸道疾病相關醫療服務，包含但不限於個案管理、疾病與藥品衛教與財務諮詢等。 2.個案管理統籌及執行。 3.協助專案工作流程推進及管理。 4.執行工作內容與院內醫護人員溝通。 5.定期繳交院內專案績效報表等行政庶務。 6.其他主管指派工作事項
