此職缺需要對於高速介面通訊(Serdes)的相關領域有興趣或經驗的軟體/韌體開發專長. 工作內容需要負責: 1)設計及開發IP drvier/軟體系統架構 2)在FPGA/emulator/Virtual platform/real chip 等環境執行Hardware IP驗證/設計Test bench 3)SW/HW IP的configuration效能最佳化. 4)AI 輔助的設計流程開發.(Software/test bench/tool 層面) 5)開發可使用在IP上的相關之tool, 如自動測試, debug/效能分析等程式.

1. 半導體使用之溶液純化技術開發、測試、評估、製程改善及放大。 2. 參與蒸餾、反應器、分離等核心化工單元操作設計及優化。 3. 專利、期刊新技術搜索及分析。 4. 新技術評估及實驗設計、相關實驗操作、品質問題分析。 5. 實驗數據整理、分析與報告，確保研發成果完整且可追蹤。 6. 跨部門溝通協調、良好的口頭和書面溝通能力。 7. 產品技術導入文件編寫、專利發表、關鍵技術保密 。 8. 協助研發專案時程管控、成本評估及改善。 9. 持續追蹤行業最新製程技術與趨勢，提出技術升級方案。 10. 主管交辦事項。
