1.組裝手動線設備點檢、維修、保養 & 異常排除 2.組裝線周邊設備(雷雕機,噴塗機,點焊機,灌膠機,烤箱)點檢、維修、保養 &異常排除. 3.組裝自動線設備(Sensor、Camera)點檢、維修、保養 & 異常排除. 4.手動及自動組裝線組裝製程不良分析及改善. 5.手動線組裝製程優化及工時改善. 6.設備相關檔撰寫/修改. 1.Manual Line Maintenance: Perform routine inspection, repair, preventative maintenance (PM), and troubleshooting for manual assembly line equipment. 2.Specialized Equipment Servicing: Conduct inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting for peripheral equipment, including Laser Marking machines, Coating machines, Spot Welders, Potting (Glue Injection) machines, and Industrial Ovens. 3.Automated System Support: Manage the inspection and maintenance of automated assembly lines, specifically focusing on Sensors and Camera systems. 4.Yield & Defect Analysis: Analyze assembly process defects for both manual and automated lines and implement targeted process improvements. 5.Process Optimization: Drive manual assembly process optimization to reduce cycle times and improve labor efficiency. 6.Technical Documentation: Author and update equipment-related technical manuals, maintenance logs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

•Work with PCB engineers to define mechanical product requirements, and conceptualize, select, and define technical solutions to complex & highly integrated mechanical engineering problems • Execute customized mechanical design by collaborating with PCB design to achieve premium quality in hardware solutions according to semiconductor test challenges ✓ Sub-millimeter level precision mechanical design ✓ Customized mechanical design adapting to PCB components & Mechanics ✓ Provide both tolerance and engineering analysis to support detail design • Responsible for mechanical project management to ensure best quality and on time delivery • Work closely with supply chain, provide solution to solve manufacture (DFM), assembly (DFA) challenges, ensure hardware products on time delivery and very high first pass rate

熟機械設計、模具經驗者、諳ISO文件流程、管理系統、 有品管圈導入經驗、豐田式品管管理經驗、 有文具製造經驗者佳。 對品質系統管理有經驗者佳。 委外加工流程。

1.巡檢機械設備的運作情形，偵測機械設備不足處或故障處，必要時須進行調整。 2.設備維護保養、環境清潔維護。 3.例行抄錶，日報、月報填寫製作。 4.污水處理及監測設備操作維護。 5.園區雨、污水下水道巡查。 6.園區事業機構放流水稽查。 7.園區污水下水道集污管理事項巡查。

1. 統籌專案中 電氣與儀控（E&I）工程執行，確保符合安全、品質、進度與預算目標 2. 審查電氣與儀控相關設計文件與圖說（如單線圖、迴路圖、控制系統圖），確保符合規範與法規 3. 監督高／中／低壓電力系統（如發電機、變壓器、MCC 等）及控制系統之施工與安裝品質 4. 管理並督導承包商團隊（含場內外），確保施工符合設計與技術規範 5. 協助專案規劃與排程，估算工時，並配合專案進度與資源配置 6. 支援現場施工技術問題分析與解決，並參與設計優化與工程變更（RFI）處理 7. 執行品質與文件管理（ITP、Punch List、Issue Log、竣工文件），並負責專案結案作業 8. 參與專案會議、預算控管與進度回報，確保專案如期如質完成
