1．Research, Develop, and Optimize Generative AI Algorithms and Models • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of state-of-the-art Generative AI (GAI) models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, GANs) for real-world applications. • Evaluate and fine-tune pre-trained models to meet business requirements, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. 2．Develop and Lead AI Tools, Platforms, and Automation Solutions • Architect and build AI-powered tools and platforms to automate complex software development processes, enhancing the company’s engineering productivity and efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GAI solutions into existing products and workflows. 3． Stay Current with AI Trends and Drive Innovation • Continuously monitor the latest advancements in Generative AI, machine learning, and related technologies. • Proactively propose and implement improvements to existing AI systems, workflows, and development pipelines.
