【捷創】誠徵 生產管理部-中央廚房｜包裝產線作業人員(彰化秀水) ◖工作內容◗ 1.產品包裝作業：依標準作業流程進行產品包裝、貼標、封口、秤重與裝箱，確保包裝品質及生產效率。 2.清潔與衛生維護：執行產線區域、設備及用具清潔作業，維持環境衛生，符合食品安全與GHP規範。 3.物料與成品處理：協助包裝材料領用、退料及成品搬運，確保物料存放整齊、標示清楚。 4.作業紀錄與回報：依規定填寫生產紀錄表，回報異常狀況與設備故障。 5.安全與流程遵循：遵守作業安全規範，確保自身與同仁作業安全，配合主管臨時任務與現場調整。

【職責範圍｜Job Responsibilities】 · 原料處理與準備： 負責水產品（如魚、蝦、貝類等）的清洗、去鱗、去內臟、剝殼、分切等前處理工作。 · 生產線操作： 操作並監控基本的食品加工機具（如：包裝機、分選機、蒸煮設備），確保設備正常運行。 · 產品加工與包裝： 執行產品的醃漬、調味、蒸煮/烘烤、急速冷凍以及真空或氣調包裝作業。 · 品質與衛生管理： 嚴格遵守公司及 HACCP/ISO 22000 的衛生規範，維持個人衛生和工作區域的清潔，並執行初步的產品外觀檢驗。 · 物料搬運與管理： 協助產品、原料、包材的搬運、堆疊與入庫，並配合進行庫存盤點。 · 異常回報： 生產過程中若發現品質、設備或衛生異常，需立即向上級主管回報並配合處理。 【工作成果指標｜Key Deliverables】 · 生產達成率： 每日/每批次作業量需達到排定生產計畫的 95％ 以上。 · 產品良率控制： 經手處理的產品，其外觀、重量或包裝等不合格率需控制在 2％ 以下。 · 衛生與安全合規： 遵守個人衛生與產線操作規範，無重大工安事故或衛生稽核缺失。 · 設備清潔維護： 定期清潔與保養所負責區域的設備，清潔檢查合格率達 100％。 · 時間效率： 準時完成生產任務，換線準備時間符合標準。 【條件要求｜Qualifications】 · 經驗/學歷： 不拘，具備水產或食品加工相關背景者優先。 · 健康證明： 需提供合格之供膳人員體檢證明（含 A 型肝炎、傷寒等），且無相關傳染病。 · 體能要求： - 能適應並長時間在低溫或冷凍環境下作業。 - 具備基本的負重能力，能搬運 10-15 公斤重物。 - 可長時間站立或從事體力勞動。 · 衛生與紀律： 嚴守食品安全衛生規範，能徹底執行換裝、消毒等流程。 · 工作配合度： 願意配合生產排程，能接受彈性加班或必要之輪班。 【其他加分項目】 · 具備食品相關證照（如：丙級食物製備、水產加工技術士等）。 · 具備基本的外籍勞工溝通能力（如：越南語、印尼語）者。 · 曾操作過大型食品包裝機、急速冷凍設備、或蒸汽殺菌釜等機具。 · 具備初步產品品質檢驗（QC）或秤重、測溫等經驗。 · 熟悉冷凍（-18°C 以下）或冷藏倉庫的進出貨與堆疊管理規範。

【捷創】誠徵 生產管理部-中央廚房｜生產作業人員(彰化秀水) ◖工作內容◗ 1.生產作業執行與確認： 依每日生產計畫進行作業操作，確保各項製程按標準程序完成，並即時確認產量 與品質。 2.設備操作與清潔維護： 負責生產設備開機前檢查、作業中監控及使用後清潔，確保運轉正常與安全。 3.環境衛生管理： 依 GHP（食品良好衛生規範）要求，執行作業區域之清潔、消毒與整理，維持 良好生產環境。 4.異常回報與改善配合： 發現製程或設備異常時即時通報，並配合主管進行問題排除與改善。 5.文件與紀錄管理： 依規定填寫生產記錄、清潔紀錄及設備檢點表，確保資料完整可追溯。

工作內容: 1.需甲種業務主管以上證照。 2.現場勞務人員管理。 3.巡檢及填寫人員出勤紀錄等相關表格。 4.協助公司與甲方間之溝通及完成交辦事項。 5.另具備堆高機證照者佳。 薪資內容: 底薪(含交通津貼及電話補助):36000元/月 (實習二個月後調整薪資)
