【職務說明】 一、負責公司新創設事業之經營管理，並為該單位之加盟業務推廣之成果負主要責任。 二、車麗屋近年來已開展多角化經營策略，除事業核心汽車百貨連鎖通路之經營外，未來將透過加盟推廣以擴大連鎖規模，同時也已跨入綜合性商業通路及停車場之經營。 三、徵求具備連鎖加盟推廣及經營管理實務經驗的優秀人才加入車麗屋團隊，除擘劃為來的經營策略及願景外，亦將實際帶領團隊執行各項工作之推展與完成，達成公司預設之目標及願景。 【工作內容】 1.汽車後市場服務(汽車用品販售、產品安裝、汽車保養維修)通路之加盟推廣及經營管理。 2.加盟店-加盟合約之解說及執行簽約相關事宜。 3.加盟店-店面設計、裝潢與施工進度整合及管考。 4.加盟主-教育訓練規劃、工作整合及成效管考。 5.加盟店-開幕活動規劃、工作整合及成效管考。 6.經營績效管理（加盟推廣計畫、達成進度、合約管理、加盟主關係維繫等）。 7.年度目標規劃與執行（如公司年度展店目標，商場定位規劃，品牌管理等）。 8.完成例行事務和其他主管交辦工作。
