Join us and manage Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) product projects from development through mass production. You will lead schedules, risks, and cross-functional collaboration while also participating in product requirements, customer topics, and critical-material planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead EGM hardware product development and NPI projects, managing schedules, resources, risks, and delivery quality. 2. Coordinate R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, and Quality teams to drive EVT / DVT / PVT through mass production. 3. Establish project milestones, issue lists, and decision mechanisms, and proactively remove obstacles. 4. Track changes, cost, quality, and production readiness to ensure projects meet customer and business objectives. 5. Partner with the Product Manager on customer requirements, product specifications, and product-line topics. 6. Continuously improve NPI and cross-functional project processes to increase delivery efficiency and predictability.

Job Responsibilities: Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Develops and executes replenishment strategies; conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies. ERP 系統維運與優化： 負責鼎新 T100 或 Tiptop 系統日常運作，針對餐飲業態（如： 多門店調撥、食材 BOM 表管理、餐飲成本結算）進行流程梳理與程式優化。 2. 跨系統整合（POS/SRM/BPM）： 負責前端 POS 系統營業數據拋轉 ERP 之資料介接， 並維護 BPM（門市/總部電子表單簽核）與 SRM（食材供應商採購、詢比議價、交貨） 的系統整合。 3. 需求分析與規格開立： 收集營運、財務、採購等跨部門需求，評估系統架構合理性，並 撰寫客製化規格書。 4. 教育訓練與技術支援： 編寫系統操作手冊，並針對總部後勤、門市主管及外部供應商進 行教育訓練與系統異常排解。 5. 資料庫與效能管理： 監控系統效能與 Oracle 資料庫狀態，確保營業機密資訊安全、各店 權限控管與資料完整性。
