Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a program involving multiple functions and project teams to achieve strategic objectives. - Develop and direct the creation of schedules, critical deliverables, and other support requirements for the assigned program. - Support project teams and internal development partners, ensuring progress aligns with the established plan. - Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to project stakeholders effectively. - Lead and provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members, promoting professional development. - Demonstrated ability to develop and manage critical deliverables effectively. - Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and mentorship. ODM supplier training including but not limited to environmental deliverable training. b. ODM contact for answering how to correct environmental deliverables c. ODM contact if ODM has other regulatory questions/issues. ▲Company‘s GBU liaison a. Handling GBU environmental certification issue (FSC, SCS-Recycled Content Certification, TCO, Blue Angel Comparison…etc.) b. Be the interface between GBU and Country Manager/ SI manager for clarifying regulatory change uncertainness. ▲Data verification of the following Environmental Deliverables a. Help to verify Peripheral version of Master List data with completed RAT/RMF files before data being uploaded to PANDA system. b. Help to verify Quarterly-outputted Viking system report and make corrections to PANDA system. ▲SharePoint maintenance a. Help to maintain Peripheral Product Environmental Data Repository SharePoint permission internally/ externally. b. Help to maintain NPI tracker list monthly. c.
