360 Marketing — Clinique & The Ordinary • Lead and localize end-to-end 360 marketing plans for Clinique and The Ordinary across consumer, product, retail and digital touchpoints, aligned with regional strategy and local business priorities. • Develop integrated launch and campaign calendars covering retail activation, e-commerce, CRM, paid/owned/earned media, influencer engagement, sampling/seeding and in-store visibility. • Connect channel execution to a clear consumer journey while adapting activation to the distinct audience, proposition and growth ambition of each brand. • Partner with DCM, Online/KAM and agencies on briefs, KPIs, media/influencer plans, creative localization and post-campaign optimization. • Use campaign and business performance learnings to continuously improve future 360 plans and investment choices. PCS & EC Channel Strategy & Business Analysis • Analyze PCS and EC channel performance, category development, shopper behavior, competitive activities and emerging retail / e-commerce trends relevant to Clinique and The Ordinary. • Translate channel, sales and consumer data into business implications, strategic recommendations and prioritized actions. • Partner with Commercial and EC/account teams to develop channel-specific growth strategies, including PCS retail GTM plans and EC acceleration plans, account priorities, assortment, launches and promotional approaches. • Identify opportunities to recruit new consumers and expand brand reach through new channel touchpoints, with a focus on EC growth for Clinique and PCS/new channel expansion for The Ordinary. • Monitor sales performance and key business drivers by brand and channel, identify gaps versus plan, and recommend corrective actions and growth opportunities. Brand Management & Commercial Execution • Work with Commercial to validate local retail GTM execution plans across channels, accounts and doors. • Develop local promotional plans for Key Shopping Moments, High Traffic Moments and always-on recruitment/trial programs with input from Commercial, DCM, Finance and Supply Chain. • Manage A&P investment by brand and channel in line with business priorities and regional guidelines, with a strong focus on effectiveness and ROI. • Lead cross-functional product management, including forecast input, launch readiness, excess management, pricing/claims coordination and issue escalation. • Provide local market and channel insights to regional brand teams during annual planning and business reviews. Cross-Functional Leadership & Other Responsibilities • Drive alignment across Marketing, Commercial, Online/KAM, DCM, Finance, Supply Chain, regional stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated plans and timely execution. • Lead or participate in assigned local/regional projects related to channel expansion, category growth, GTM strategy and new consumer recruitment. • Demonstrate ownership, strategic thinking and execution discipline; influence stakeholders through clear analysis and recommendations.
