1.客戶的 NPI/NPNT 的Engagement。 2.Monitor 重要工程批進度工程實驗批進度/Performance (CPK/FT Yield/RA Result) 3.處理報價作業及Price review 相關活動。 4.Monitor工程面與品質面的需求，工廠與客戶／業務溝通。 5.Escalate客戶重要的需求／抱怨／聲音讓工廠聚焦。 6.經營發展與客戶（中／高階）關係，並Benchmarking相關資訊（競爭者、客戶…）。 7.追蹤相關部門回覆狀況，並避免造成損害擴大。 8.參與定期工程會議。 9.客服作業流程標準化。

Responsibilities: 1.Work closely with system developers in India to develop WiFi products. 2.Troubleshoot technical issues during the development and manufacturing stages. 3.Diagnose and resolve WiFi issues in broadband products, including xPON or AP routers, in collaboration with Realtek HQ R&D. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2.Skilled in C programming and shell scripting. 3.Experience with networking feature development, such as Firewall, DHCP, DNS, VPN, PPPoE, and NAT. 4.Familiarity with the WireShark tool. 5.Background in WiFi technology and experience in WiFi product development are a plus.
