1. 客戶技術問題 support，如客戶問題 debug, Firmware/driver customization申請&協調、RMA分析、Audio quality measurement、Microsoft Teams/Cortana test、Project design in and product promotion、circuit/layout check客戶端教育訓練、客戶量產等相關事宜 2.協助EVB boards/circuits 製作/修正 3.Debug tool/Audio Tuning Tool/SmartAmp Learning board開發與優化 4.解決Firmware, driver客製化與作業系統相容性問題 5.Design Kits 相關技術文件撰寫 6. Teams/Cortana pre-test & PAL實驗室認證

關鍵任務： 幾何結構設計、新產品與材料驗證、市場技術對接。 工作內容： 1.負責 PCB 鑽針與銑刀幾何參數設計與優化（螺旋角、頂角等）。 2.針對 AI/高階板材進行新產品開發與切削性能評估。 3.主導新產品試作專案，編製技術規格書（Data Sheet）。

工作項目： 1. HW System Verify, 2. HW customer support 3. HW FAE 應徵條件： 1. 大學以上；電機、電機與控制、自動控制、通訊工程、電信、電子、動力機械相關科系畢業為主。 2. 具2年以上所列經驗者為佳 a. TV HW customer support, b. PCB design/MP, TV IO support, c. EMC, EMI, Power安規經驗 (MD1450029、MD1510006)

工作內容： 1. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support. 2. Understand customer requirements, and deliver technical presentations, reports, documents, and technology demonstrations. 3. Support customer product development and design. 4. Support customer issue analysis, resolution and management. 5. On-site support for debugging or certification tests. 6. Cross-functional collaboration with Realtek internal resources. 徵才條件： 1. M.S. or B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 2. 3 to 5 years of progressive professional technical experience in IC design or related areas, direct experience in IC design house AE is preferred. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Strong written/verbal communication and negotiation skills with team spirit. 5. Being proactive and willing to take initiative. 6. Ability to work independently to achieve goals. 7. Ability to understand and explain technical issues and solutions to technical and non-technical personnel. 8. Higher Japanese skills(N1). Japanese customer support experience will be a plus. 9. Medium or higher English skills. 10. Familiarity with Ethernet protocols will be a plus. 11. Familiarity with the Automotive ecosystem will be a plus. 12. Experience of Linux will be a plus.

工作項目： 1.負責Audio Class D Amplifier & Audio DSP IC的系統設計開發與功能驗證 2.協助FAE解決客戶端產品應用問題 3.熟悉 Orcad, Pads, VB 4.熟悉示波器, 邏輯分析儀, Function Gen, Audio Precision操作 5.負責FPGA驗證 應徵條件： 1.碩士以上，電機工程、電信工程、電控工程、電子工程、資訊工程、資訊科學、動力機械、自動控制相關科系畢業為主 2.具2年以上工作經驗，有Audio、Power IC相關經驗者為佳
