Responsibilities: 1.Work closely with system developers in India to develop WiFi products. 2.Troubleshoot technical issues during the development and manufacturing stages. 3.Diagnose and resolve WiFi issues in broadband products, including xPON or AP routers, in collaboration with Realtek HQ R&D. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2.Skilled in C programming and shell scripting. 3.Experience with networking feature development, such as Firewall, DHCP, DNS, VPN, PPPoE, and NAT. 4.Familiarity with the WireShark tool. 5.Background in WiFi technology and experience in WiFi product development are a plus.

專案前期：需求收斂與評估 1.主導新專案/新需求前期評估，作為客戶工程師與內部研發（R&D）的核心橋樑，確保機 台規格定義精準（Spec Alignment）。 2.負責評估設備製造週期（Lead time）、出貨排程及現場安裝調試時程。 3.進行專案成本與預算控管，確保專案範疇與商業效益可行性。 專案中期：跨部門製造與進度推動 1.跨部門橫向溝通協調（研發、採購、生管、製造），追蹤 R&D 設計進度與生產排程，確保供應鏈與製造鏈無縫接軌。 2.實時監控專案風險，針對設計變更或生產延遲提出應變對策，確保專案按時出貨。 專案後期：現場交付與驗收管理 1.統籌設備出貨後的現場安裝、調試（Commissioning）進度。 2.協調現場工程資源（FAE/客服），主導並推動客戶端驗收流程，確保機台順利交付上線。
