【工作目標】 作為公司研發部的核心橋樑，負責領導跨團隊（包含電控、設計、工程、系統、開發、文書、生產導入與品保工程），確保馬達動力系統產品與應用從概念設計、技術定義到大規模量產的順利推進。 【工作內容】 1.專案全生命週期管理：主導馬達驅動器與動力系統專案之開發流程，制定詳盡的專案計畫，嚴格控管開發進度（從Design、EVT、DVT到PVT試產階段），確保產品準時交付並符合質量標準。 2.擔任研發、業務、產線及品保之核心溝通橋樑，將業務端的客戶需求轉化為研發端可執行的技術語言。 3.新產品導入(NPI)，參與試產階段之技術對接，協助排解產線組裝或測試異常，並評估設計之易製造性 (DFM)。 4.工程變更管理(ECN)負責產品量產後之設計變更、備料替代評估及相關技術文件之審核與簽核。 5.協助落實研發SOP、馬達規格藍圖標準化及技術文件版本控管。 6.針對專案開發中之技術瓶頸或品質異常，主導召開協調會議並追蹤後續改善對策。在關鍵節點報告專案進度、潛在技術挑戰與資源配置需求。在技術層面與外部客戶進行需求對接，處理客訴技術分析與規格變更。 【擅長工具】 1.辦公軟體：MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook。 2.專案管理：Microsoft Project, Trello 或類似之專案管理工具。 3.工程繪圖(具備基礎視圖能力即可)：OrCAD, PCB layout, AutoCAD / SolidWorks (或任何2D/3D視圖軟體)。 【工作技能】 1.具備撰寫產品規格書、技術報告及標準作業程序(SOP)之能力。 2.具備制定專案里程碑、時程控管與風險管理之實務經驗。 3.了解電路板Layout、電子電路、電力電子、馬達驅動或自動控制系統之基本原理與架構。 4.具備處理跨部門資源排斥與意見衝突之溝通技巧。
