職責要求 1. 專案進度控制 : 建立與維護基準進度，依契約與各階段建立WBS 2. 管控延誤事件管理：紀錄現場每一筆延誤事件的起因、責任、要徑影響與往來函文，將現場狀況轉化為關鍵工期證據 3. 主導工期展延分析：針對設計變更、業主因素或現場障礙，運用Time Impact Analysis（TIA）進行工期影響分析，全力爭取公司權益 4. 控管工程完工成本 : 每月追蹤預算、發包、估驗與實際支付 5. 滾動預測現金流需求：每月滾動預測未來30/60/90天的資金需求，包含分包、材料訂金、工程進度款等，精確掌握公司現金需求。 任職資格 1.Primavera P6／MS Project軟體經驗必備 2.公共工程經驗必備
