Job Summary The Systems Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and maintenance of high-availability communication networks. This role bridges the gap between high-level network architecture and physical deployment, ensuring all subsystems work together efficiently and securely. Key Responsibilities and Requirements Implementation & Configuration: Install and configure critical hardware (routers, switches, servers) and software platforms (VoIP, SD-WAN). Performance Monitoring: Use advanced tools to track bandwidth, network traffic, and latency, proactively identifying bottlenecks. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement firewalls, encryption, and zero-trust protocols to safeguard voice and data traffic from evolving threats. Troubleshooting: Act as the first responder for complex system outages or performance degradation, performing root cause analysis. To work in deployment of IoT integration, and cloud-based telecom solutions. Good understanding of TCP/IP, SIP, VoIP, and industry-specific protocols. Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership. Education: Bachelor‘or Master‘s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science. Experience: Not required Credentials in CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Azure Network Engineer Associate is preferrable but not required Overseas travels and supports to other countries required. Fluent in English.

1. 藍芽/802.15.4 通訊協定軟體、驅動程式、測試工具開發與驗證 2. 藍芽/802.15.4 客戶專案功能開發與支持

• SoC FPGA/ASIC 驗證和驅動程式開發 • 在Windows和UEFI平台上進行SoC SDK平台開發 • 在ARM平台上進行Windows系統分析和性能改進

負責 SoC／系統層級的效能與功耗分析、優化。 與硬體、韌體、軟體、架構等團隊合作，推動效能與功耗改善方案。 針對系統瓶頸進行深入分析，提出有效的優化解決方案。 參與 DVFS、低功耗設計、系統資源管理等技術的開發與調教。 針對 Windows 平台，優化 Windows PPM（Processor Power Management）設定，提升系統效能與功耗表現。 分析並調教 Windows Power Management 相關設定，確保系統在各種使用情境下達到最佳效能與最低功耗。 撰寫技術報告與文件，並提供內部團隊及客戶技術支援。

分析及優化手機 5G TestBed 平台的效能，包括以下項目 1. 整合與移植不同 Linux 平台 (Ex. Ubuntu, Cent, RedHat, ...) 2. 整合與應用 Intel/AMD CPU Accelerator API (Ex. Intel Core i9 9/10/12th AVX/TBB/MKL; AMD...) 3. 分析與調校系統整體效能 (Ex. Linux Kernel, Process, Thread, Peripheral(Ethernet/PCIe/...) Driver, ...)

1.執行火箭任務通訊系統規劃及系統配當設計、制訂系統需求與次系統規格與測試規劃。 2.規劃與執行全箭與發射場供流、供電、地面控制中心命令/控制/等系統通訊/命令整合設計與測試、地面/空中追蹤與射場安全保證系統建置與測試支援。 3.規劃與執行通訊次系統階層技術備便程度(TRL)驗證相關必要地面及飛行測試任務含測試後分析。
