1、Lead and manage partnerships with ecosystem stakeholders, including infrastructure vendors, test equipment suppliers, and mobile network operators. 2、Organize and facilitate regular technical alignment meetings, roadmap synchronization sessions, issue resolution discussions, and IODT (Interoperability Development Testing) engagements. Ensure timely follow-up and progress tracking for all activities. 3、Support local operator engineering teams in multi-party collaborations (operators, infra vendors, MediaTek) for proof-of-concept (PoC) trials, modem feature promotion, and brand marketing to enhance MediaTek product competitiveness. 4、Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to provide actionable ecosystem intelligence, insights, and trend analysis for modem feature planning, risk assessment, and commercialization timeline management. 5、Manage both short-term and long-term ecosystem partner requirements, including legal contract review and negotiation.

1. Interpret customers’ functional safety requirements into SoC requirements 2. Define the SoC level architectures to meet functional safety requirements 3. Communicate and coordinate safety designs with cross-function IP teams 4. Perform system safety analysis (ex: FMEDA)

1. Researching and crafting architecture solutions for die-to-die and chip-to-chip communication, optimizing for performance, area, power, security, and resiliency 2. Working with other design teams to define interfaces and flows between D2D blocks and the rest of the chip 3. Architectural modeling, validation, definition and documentation 4. Driving implementation across design, verification, firmware and software teams

1. Define power states and management hardware architecture for optimal power performance. 2. Design microprocessor-based power management controller and HW assistance designs. 3. Define power architecture by performing power rail tradeoff analysis with adaptive voltage scaling consideration

本職務定位為「具技術背景之專案管理與系統整合人才」，初期將參與系統開發與整合工作，熟悉公司流程後，逐步轉向專案管理、系統架構規劃及 AI 應用推動。 1.
