1.管理資料科學家與資料工程師的進度，涵蓋外部專案與內部先進技術研究。 2.負責與主管、用戶、協作開發團隊及高階主管等重要利害關係人協調與溝通，處理資源衝突，確保專案能於期限內達成目標。 3.將需求拆解為可執行的工作任務，並進行優先級排定。 4.有效掌控內外部會議進行，包含敏捷開發中的每日站立會議，使團隊目標聚焦與當前重點。 5.在技術人員的協助下完成需求分析與規劃，內容包含需提交的軟體規格、工作任務拆解、優先級排序、開發時程規劃、資源配置及風險評估。

一、工作內容： 1、 現場施工監督、查驗與紀錄，確保依設計與規範施工。 2、 協調廠商、工班、內部，排定每日與每週施工進度。 3、 APP系統化監工日誌、施工紀錄與會議記錄。 4、 追蹤材料進場狀況、查驗施工品質及安全。 5、 協助工程師處理現場突發狀況與業主協調溝通。 6、 工程事務作業 7、 主管交辦事項處理。 8、 工作地點：湖口工業區，業主端場區主要為桃、竹、苗地區。 二、工作條件： 1、 具備乙級職業安全衛生管理師證照者 2、 擅辦公軟體(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)及文書處理。

1) 建立車用cockpit/ADAS等ECU系統級熱模型，並設計具市場競爭力的散熱解決方案。 2) 參與制定、分析、評測SOC TDP(Thermal Design Power) 3) 設計、設置、執行並交付各種thermal和TDP實驗的結果，驗證SOC 和系統硬體性能。 4) 針對下一代車用晶片，規劃熱管理方案，並參與制定晶片及系統的thermal/power設計需求 5) 管理技術專案，並與其他內部組織和客戶合作，支援開發週期中的執行過程。 6) 執行熱模擬和驗證，並與合作單位展示和溝通成果

. Familiar with ISO26262 safety software requirement breakdown for Cockpit and ADAS SoC, especially focus on SoC safety island . Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure driver function development . Capable for the software architecture design and software safety analysis based on RTOS operating systems

1、Lead and manage partnerships with ecosystem stakeholders, including infrastructure vendors, test equipment suppliers, and mobile network operators. 2、Organize and facilitate regular technical alignment meetings, roadmap synchronization sessions, issue resolution discussions, and IODT (Interoperability Development Testing) engagements. Ensure timely follow-up and progress tracking for all activities. 3、Support local operator engineering teams in multi-party collaborations (operators, infra vendors, MediaTek) for proof-of-concept (PoC) trials, modem feature promotion, and brand marketing to enhance MediaTek product competitiveness. 4、Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to provide actionable ecosystem intelligence, insights, and trend analysis for modem feature planning, risk assessment, and commercialization timeline management. 5、Manage both short-term and long-term ecosystem partner requirements, including legal contract review and negotiation.

工作項目： 1. Responsible for product line quality throughout the development phases, from planning to mass production. 2. Product development quality (APQP) assurance including joint reviews, coordinator of quality issues to closure and fan-out. 3. DFMEA assurance. 4. Host continual improvement program and monitor the progress on a regular basis. 5. CAR and RM (risk management) review and tracking. 6. Process audit and action tracking. 7. Project handling. 應徵條件： 1. Bachelor or above of science degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. 2. Specialization or related experience in the area of system-level Hardware / Firmware / Software development with a minimum of 5 years of work experience. 3. Experience in project management is a plus. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment. 5. Good written and verbal communication skills with both customers and internal teams. 6. Experience from 1st tier ODM company is highly preferred. 7. Experience with ASPICE, Functional Safety, Cyber Security is a plus.
