職責要求 •Management responsibility for the Taiwan engineering design team covering mechanical, electrical and software engineering disciplines. •Management, work planning, scheduling and review of work, as appropriate to ensure on time completion of work as required through the department. •Active participation with key business stakeholders on defining & driving the company‘s product, design and innovation roadmap. •Definition, setting, monitoring and control of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department. •Participation in the setting of department budget and managing to budget with monthly/quarterly & annual reviews. •Recruitment of Taiwan engineering team members as needed •Management and technical involvement of multiple concurrent multi-disciplinary projects with regular review, prioritizing and reporting to all stakeholders, resulting in on-time and on-budget completion. •Management and technical involvement of design reviews and key milestones delivery. •Oversee feasibility analysis, project scoping, resource planning and cost estimating for team‘s activities. •Ensuring specification and design of equipment is managed through the gated design process and that the design meets the agreed requirements in relation to design for manufacture, sourcing and assembly •Ensuring full certification of the design (UKCA, CE, UL e.t.c.) as required per the specification •Oversee and approve the technical output of the department ensuring compliance with specifications and appropriate regulatory requirements. •Ensuring designs are optimized (i.e. not excessively over or under engineered). Systems design for purpose, reliability and manufacturability. •Oversee design reviews of developments activities, apply best practice knowhow at agreed stages and sign off designs, specifications and documentation. 任職資格 •Experience in machine tool design •Fluent English speaker •Min 8yrs experience in engineering design •Min 3 yrs in engineering design manager role •Experience in recruitment of design engineers

1.協助資訊部主管與使用者單位搜集回饋。 2.安排與軟體開發人員的會議。 3.協助資訊部執行該部門之決議事項及各項專案管理(含執行進度掌控、品質確認及時程跟催管理)。 4. 協助資料整理、行政報表及簡報管理與製作。 5.文件整理、資料掃描與歸檔。 6. 行政事務協助及主管交辦事項。
