Projects managed by Compal Medical Product Development Division include the following areas: 1.Medical product category 2.Wearable product category 3.Sports, leisure, and entertainment category 4.Smart IoT (Internet of Things) category Firmware Engineer – Key Responsibilities 1.Design -Provide system architecture, perform analysis, and define functional specifications. 2.Implementation -Setup development environment of the embedded systems, including RTOS-based and bare-metal firmware. -Develop, integrate, and maintain bootloader, kernel, GUI, and core firmware functions. -Develop, integrate, and maintain drivers and functions for sensors, motors, and wired/wireless communication. 3.Performance Optimization -Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for system performance. -Define and develop communication protocols. 4.Verification -Create test plans, develop testing tools, and generate detailed test reports. 5.Documentation & Compliance -Prepare and maintain design and technical documentation. -Ensure all processes comply with ISO standards.

1.主導智能數位化系統的整體架構設計、模組拆分與技術方案制定，結合業務需求優化系統流程，保 障系統穩定性、擴展性與數據交互效率，匹配智能決策研發處的業務目標 2.負責系統核心功能模組的研發把關、程式碼審核與技術難點攻克，協調解決研發過程中的技術瓶 頸，確保系統研發品質符合企業標準與行業規範 3.跟進系統開發、測試、上線與優化全流程，聯動測試團隊、業務團隊完成系統驗收，持續收集使用 反饋，推動系統迭代升級與性能優化 4.關注行內智能數位化、大數據、AI決策相關技術趨勢，引入合適技術框架與工具，優化研發流程， 提升團隊研發效率與技術競爭力 備註:需配合出差CN/US/CHV ※依學經歷、工作年資敘薪

負責 HR 數位專案之需求訪談、計畫、執行與驗收；跨部門/供應商協作，確保系統導入如期如質。 1.蒐集與分析業務/HR 需求，撰寫 BRD/FRD 2.規劃專案計畫（WBS/甘特/風險/成本） 3.協調 IT/供應商/使用者進行開發、測試與上線 4.設計 UAT 案例並追蹤缺陷修復 5.建立使用手冊、培訓與上線溝通計畫 6.追蹤 KPI（使用率/工時節省/錯誤率降低） 7.上線後優化與變更管理（CR）

1. Proven experience in implementing and supporting network Operating Systems (OS) software systems, business software application maintenance, and related products. 2. Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems. 3. Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. 4. Provide support to office personnel for all hardware and software related issues, including desktop/laptop support, Windows/Mac operating systems, monitors, printers, wired/wireless networks, network attached storage, video conference systems, etc. 5. Ensure network availability by monitoring servers, switches, routers, and firewalls 6. Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records. 7. Prepare new computers per company image specifications along with employee-specific permissions 8. Make recommendations for new hardware and software as related to on-site requirements. 9. Other tasks and assignments at the direction of management

1. MES 系統架構完善及程式優化 (SA, SD)，功能開發與效能調校 2. 培育及領導技術團隊(JAVA, C#)，建立良好Code Review及開發管理制度 3. 協同跨系統整合與數據應用：ERP、MES、WMS 等核心系統的串接，並透過數據分析（如生產履歷、效率追溯）持續優化產線 4. 主導智能工廠 SOP 與操作準則的制定與推行，確保現有廠區高效且規範化運作 5. MES日常維修、異常排除
