Corporate Sustainability Engagement & Strategy Manager

The Sustainability Engagement & Strategy Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s ESG communication strategies. This role focuses on enhancing stakeholder sustainability awareness and driving meaningful action through creative campaigns, strategic content dissemination, and multi-channel engagement. The role requires direct engagement with the company’s executive management team to align ESG initiatives with corporate strategy and business goals. The manager will oversee projects, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with global ESG standards. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement creative ESG engagement strategies to raise sustainability awareness and influence stakeholder behavior. 2. Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including events, digital marketing, and corporate initiatives. 3. Create high-impact multilingual ESG content tailored to diverse audiences across different platforms. 4. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including direct collaboration with the executive management team, to promote ESG initiatives and foster long-term engagement. 5. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize impact. 6. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
