Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand their needs and objectives for financial transactions. - Design and create customized financial structures that align with client requirements, considering factors such as risk appetite, cost-effectiveness, and legal compliance. - Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of proposed structures. - Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure structures adhere to regulatory guidelines and mitigate legal risks and prepare English & Chinese term-sheet. - Monitor and assess the performance of structured transactions, providing recommendations for adjustments or refinements as needed. - Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes that may impact structured finance activities. - Contribute to the development and enhancement of structuring methodologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

工作項目： 1. 協助 promote Type-C, Hub, Redriver相關產品給 OEM/ODM 2. 擔任 OEM/ODM account manager, 協調客戶需求與解決客戶問題 應徵條件： 1. 碩士以上; 電機工程、電子工程、資訊工程、資訊科學相關科系畢業為主。 2. 精通英文。 3. 具10年PM相關經驗者為佳。

工作地點：彰化各大醫院，週三下午跟診秀傳醫院，其他時段病患回診才出勤 1.發炎性腸道疾病相關醫療服務，包含但不限於個案管理、臨床拜訪、疾病與藥品衛教、療程關懷追蹤、協助安排檢驗事宜、檢查追蹤、健保行政支持服務及財務諮詢等作業。 2.依照工作手冊進行個案管理統籌及執行。 3.協助專案工作流程推進及管理 4.執行工作內容與院內醫護人員溝通 5.定期繳交院內專案績效報表等行政庶務 6.為確保服務不中斷，若需請假應預先或即時通報。 7.其他主管指派工作事項

主要負責醫院：大林慈濟、慶昇醫院 1.發炎性腸道相關醫療服務，包含但不限於個案管理、疾病與藥品衛教與財務諮詢等。 2.個案管理統籌及執行。 3.協助專案工作流程推進及管理。 4.執行工作內容與院內醫護人員溝通。 5.定期繳交院內專案績效報表等行政庶務。 6.其他主管指派工作事項。

1.協助與客戶、分包供應商溝通討論，定義CSIA（網絡安全介面協議）中的各項R&R。 2.遵循ISO 21434與客戶及分包供應商依CSIA在生命週期內進行CS活動並完成工作產出，包括功能網絡安全概念、TARA、溝通計劃、CS計畫、CS案例、可追溯性、監控、事件回應和漏洞管理…..等。 3.協助與客戶和分包供應商舉行外部會議，討論CS 的要求和工作產出中的證據。 4.協助與CS小組成員召開內部會議，討論實施情況並滿足客戶的要求。 5.協助與 CS 小組共同完成所有工作產出,並提交工作產品直至客戶批准。 6.在產品生命週期中定期監控網絡安全風險，並向內部和外部各方報告任何 CS 事件和漏洞。
