Provide basic technical support to users, helping resolve daily data access issues. -Documentation and Resource Management: Help draft and update user manuals and FAQs for the data platform. Support the organization and maintenance of internal knowledge resources. -Promotion Activities: Planning and executing promotional activities for the data platform (e.g., workshops, presentations). Facilitate cross-department communication to help users understand the value and applications of the data platform. 【Requirements】 -Basic Skills: Proficiency in SQL with knowledge of basic query syntax. Interest in learning BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). -Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly. -Personal Traits: Quick learner of new tools and technologies with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. 1. 擔任並註冊為本公司空汙防制專責人員。協同顧問公司及技師完成主管機關核發設備試車及操作許可相關的申報、查驗或測試及運行後定期檢測、異動及改善措施。包括但不限於事業廢棄物再利用申報、納管、水措、環判、工廠登記及各類空汙廢水排放許可等。 2. 協助開發、洽談、收集、運送一般事業廢棄物長期產源廠商，負責長期產源廠商維護、合約執行管理及建立量化評價體系。 3. 主管與蒸汽客戶合作執行相關ESG查核，包括但不限於參照ISO-14064-1查證標準，每月提供再生燃料進貨量、蒸汽產量、再生燃料用量；每年所提供低位熱值檢驗資料應由取得CNS 17025或ISO／IEC 17025認證之實驗室或檢測機構依據溫室氣體排放量盤查登錄及查驗管理辦法規範之檢驗方法。 4. 蒐集事業廢棄物清運、再利用、環保及生質能源市場資訊及相關法規解析等工作。 5. 木片廠原物料收料作業、存儲作業符合環保法規。協助運營主管根據有關安全、環境及健康管理規定，制定7S 的各項管理制度及實施。包括木片廠原物料及產品存儲作業空間符合環保規定。 6. 建立主管環保設備之技術資料流程。建立以設備運行數據為基礎的制程設備及系統可靠度、可用率及能耗等KPI數據的收集、分析並提出及執行改善策略。 7. 參與並持續培訓運行及維護人員熟悉環保設備操作介面、警報處理、歷史紀錄及故障排除程式及必要的流程改善。 8. 主管生產過程中產出的灰、渣清運及個案再利用、汙水處理及合規排放相關作業及持續改善措施。主辦溫室氣體自願減量專案申請，經中央主管機關認證之查驗機構完成查驗，取得減量額度。 9. 完成主管機關核發設備操作許可相關的申報、查驗或測試及定期檢測及改善。 10. 主管生質能相關之溫室氣體減量及管理
