Account Management Specialists needs co-work with different departments both within Foxconn like Sales, Factory, Finance teams and as well as customer. This role will cover below responsibilities; - Responsible from all the communication and information flow between customer and Foxconn includes agreements(NDA, sales agreement etc.) PO, open orders, new vendor creation etc. - Need to cowork with Sales team to create quotations for the Tender / Project or any other customer‘s request. - Responsible from internal PO and communication with factory PM for the order status, delay, etc - Responsible from collection Forecast from the customers and sales teams and update on the system - Responsible from Foxconn internal process for order, quotation and forecast management

• Work with the assigned functional teams to track and coordinate all program deliverables, highlighting key program risks and putting mitigation plans in place. • Ensure material readiness and availability for New Product Introduction (NPI) or Mass Production(MP) builds. • Perform regular supply and demand analysis for active Bill of Materials (BOM). • Be able to foresee the risks and come up with solid and manageable mitigation plan. • Timely excess and obsolete (E&O) review with customers • Engage in process improvements to continually increase supply chain efficiency. • Interface with suppliers, internal cross functional teams to ensure flawless execution and support business goals and objectives. • Be the main contact point between internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Operations) and customers, external suppliers for all material related topics. • Responsible for these products: 1. 負責產品：Server/Core Router/TelePresence 1. 負責與客戶溝通與交流, 全程掌控產品從NPI到MP階段產品的報價, BOM的導入, 物料和生產狀況跟進, 達成客戶commit 數量。 2. 依據客戶Forecast資料以及物控、採購等人員提供的物料狀況, 結合生產線產能、設備、治具、以及各單位人力配備等情況, 協助PC排程規劃。 3. 每週與客戶 review 需求狀況, 分析 EDI comparison & load MPS, 及時向客戶反應需求狀況。 4. 工程項目和工程異動的管理.主導專案的工程變更, 通過協調工程單位和生產計畫。 5. 定期 review inventory, 檢討 PPV 和 E&O, 及時向客戶索賠。 6. 管制生產進度, 主導CFT處理生產過程中發生的物料短缺、工程、品質問題, 掌握並及時彙報專案進度, 協調各方資源, 保證項目品質和完成時間 。 7. 完成 cost down 目標, 提升利潤。 8. 協調客戶與工廠之間的各項事項, 做好客戶與工廠之前的橋樑。 9. 客戶關係維護。
