1.規劃、協調和管理生產線作業，以提高產能和效率，並降低生產成本。 2.依據公司目標，制定、追蹤與控管生產排程、交期和產量，確保生產目標的達成。 3.確保產品符合品質標準，並維持生產現場的安全，遵守當地的法規和勞動權意識。 4.統籌廠內物料的儲存與管理，確保生產所需物料的供應順暢。 5.持續監控生產成本，並確保最終的生產指標與目標皆能達成。 6.處理與生產相關的行政事務，並撰寫生產報表和簡報。 7. 主管交辦事項。
