1. 操作及設定CNC車銑複合機，確保加工穩定及精準。 2. 執行零件上下料、刀具補正以及加工線修改調整。 3. 撰寫並優化加工程式，提升加工效率與品質。 4. 熟練校刀、夾治具安裝及線路換線程序操作。 5. 依據製造圖紙進行零件加工，並確保產品符合規格要求。 6. 執行產品量測及質量檢查，記錄與報告生產數據。 7. 定期檢查、維護加工設備，及時進行故障排除。 8. 配合技師共同改善製程，優化機台效能與穩定度。

SCADA監控介面軟體撰寫。 4. 人機介面及PLC軟體撰寫。 5. 系統的現場試車。 6. 現場的訊號測試及儀錶調校。 7. 現場外線設計規劃。 8. 協助現場的圖面繪製。 9. 協助現場的工程範圍之確認及預算提報。 10. 專案的執行，工程施工、進度、品質之管理。 11. 施工品質異常、事故的排除確定、檢討、矯正預防措施之提報。 12. 建立各專案中產生之各種記錄與表單。 13. 廠商之工程進度估驗請款之審核與提報。 【Job Description】 1. Investigation, resolution, review, and submission of corrective and preventive measures for construction quality anomalies and incidents. 12.
