本職務主要協助公司日常採購、進度跟催、倉庫管理、貨品進出貨及庫存盤點等作業。 無需具備高度專業採購經驗，但需細心負責、主動積極，能配合團隊及跨部門溝通。 🔨 主要工作內容 【採購與行政支援】 1.詢議價作業：協助公司庶務、雜項及設備採購（包含廠商聯繫、詢價、比價與議價）。 2.進度跟催：建立採購單、建立請款文件，並主動追蹤廠商交期。 3.系統維護：即時維護與更新採購資料及進銷存系統，確保數據正確性。 4.報表與庶務：製作相關統計報表，並支援部門其他行政庶務與主管交辦事項。 【倉儲與物流管理】 1.進出貨管理：負責倉庫物料的收貨、點收、入庫、出貨作業。 2.庫存盤點：定期協助庫存盤點，維護帳料一致，控管庫存數量。 3.環境維護：負責倉庫物料陳列整理、維護庫位規劃與倉庫環境整潔。 4.物流協調：安排物流與貨運寄送事宜。 🎯 我們希望你具備的條件（條件特質） 1.核心特質：開朗細心、負責、工作配合度高，遇到不懂的事物願意主動學習。 2.溝通能力：能主動追蹤工作進度，並與外部廠商、內部同仁保持良好且有禮貌的溝通。 【基本技能】 電腦操作：具備基本電腦文書處理能力（Excel、Word 操作）。 【加分條件】 相關經驗：具備採購助理、行政助理、倉管或「進銷存系統」操作經驗者優先錄取

Job Purpose: Implement best local / sub-regional category specific strategies and to ensure identify and recommend ´best in class´ suppliers and maintain good. Prepare and lead supplier negotiations at local level. Your tasks: * Provide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives, supply market research / intelligence to support business decisions in investments and budgets and establishment of local or sub-regional frame contracts. Identification of strategic sourcing opportunities and development and management of strategic suppliers is a key * Integrate Procurement services at sub-regional / country level for the business colleagues (divisions) are in scope. 1.依據生產排程及庫存量，執行詢價、比價、議價採購作業，並掌控預算及交期。 2.建立、更新供應商資料（如：貨品價格、規格和到貨時間），以選擇最佳供應商。 3.定期進行請款作業，並整理相關表單（如：請款單、驗收單、訂購單）。 4.跨部門溝通協調。 5.具邏輯、溝通能力，負責、能獨立作業。 6.有採購議價經驗者。

1.負責倉庫管理相關事務，處理文書資料並記錄管理。 2.操作ERP系統登打銷貨、領料、入庫等資料，更新庫存狀態。 3.協助處理採購、進貨、銷貨等事務。 4.定時追蹤複查庫存與記錄是否相符。 5.定期盤點庫存，與客戶核對庫存。 6.其它主管交辦工作。
