1.營建專案工程進度、品質、預算管控、SOP執行及督導整體安衛管理 2.專案現場廠商管理及界面協調 3.熟悉工程內容及合約規範需求，督導建築/機電套圖清圖結果 4.監督及確保建設品質、勞工生產力與安全 5.協調並監督建設程序，確定建案準時完成且控制在預算內 6.完成建物驗收及點交
