1. 負責 SMT/檢測設備（如 SPI、AOI 等）之安裝、維修、保養及定期校正 2. 協助客戶進行設備操作、異常排除與技術支援 3. 執行客戶端現場服務與問題分析回報 4. 定期進行內部技術訓練與報告撰寫 5. 支援業務端進行售前/售後技術評估與提案

1.服務專線接聽、第一線處理(會員註冊登入和自行車租借操作使用)、服務案件派遣、客戶抱怨處理、專案處理。 2.追蹤、轉介及反饋顧客需求及客訴處理。 3.服務範圍：客服電話、客服信箱、官方網頁、社群網站、傳真、服務中心…等。 4.需進行文書編輯、資料統計等相關工作。 5.需協助活動執行或支援其他部門工作。 6.主管交辦事項。

(1) 設備組裝跟催、驗機、試車、SET UP； (2) 針對設備異常問題，提出預防的措施； (3) 設備改造案之問題協調、討論、測試以提升客戶機台妥善率； (4) 設備軟/硬體異常問題查修； (5) 針對：客訴問題、設備SOP教材、機台程式版別、設備軟體不良記錄等，進行資料建檔。 (6) 提供技術支援 。

1.網站監控系統及異常問題處理回報。 2.線上即時幫助客戶解決使用上的問題。 3.線上即時訊息與信件回覆。 4.處理客戶金流訂單問題。 5.接聽客服電話專線。 6.問題回報。 7.此職務無需出差/非約派遣或約聘人員。 8.此為輪值性工作需輪三班，每週排休兩天。 早班07:00~15:00 中班15:00~23:00 夜班23:00~07:00
