10~11年工作經驗
This role requires a leader who can manage a multidisciplinary design team to develop, integrate, and optimize the highly critical Bulk Chemical Delivery Systems (BCDS) and Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) Slurry Systems used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities (fabs).
Expertise in cleanroom protocols, hazardous materials handling, and stringent industry standards (SEMI) is essential.
【Job Description】
I. Design Leadership & Management
1. Lead and mentor a team of process, mechanical, and piping engineers/designers responsible for the complete design lifecycle of chemical dispense systems (concept, detailed design, construction support).
2. Develop and manage the design schedule, budget, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
3. Act as the technical authority and ultimate owner of the design package, ensuring all drawings (P&IDs, PFD, layout, piping, etc.), specifications, and calculations are accurate and fully integrated with other fab utility systems.
II. Technical Expertise & Compliance
1. Oversee the design of high-purity piping, pumps, filtration, tank farms, day tanks, and associated monitoring/control instrumentation for ultra-clean chemicals (e.g., photoresists, developers, acids, solvents) used in wafer processing.
2. Ensure all designs rigorously comply with client specifications (TSDs), SEMI Standards (e.g., SEMI S2, S8), and relevant local/international building codes and safety regulations (OSHA, fire/explosion codes).
3. Drive design reviews including HazOp/HazId studies, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and constructability reviews to eliminate design flaws and ensure personnel/environmental safety.
III. Cross-Functional Coordination
1. Serve as the primary liaison between the chemical dispense design team and other key stakeholders, including the Cleanroom, HVAC, Process Tool, and Facilities teams.
2. Coordinate extensively with Construction and Commissioning teams to provide technical clarifications, review vendor submittals, and support the system start-up and qualification process.
3. Collaborate with Procurement to define long-lead equipment requirements and evaluate vendor proposals for specialized chemical handling equipment.
IV. Continuous Improvement & Quality
1. Implement and enforce a robust Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) process for all design deliverables.
2. Drive innovation in design and process efficiency, looking for opportunities to utilize Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM), modular skids, and advanced 3D BIM/Digital Twin technologies for clash detection and system optimization.
3. Manage the design change process, ensuring all changes are documented, reviewed, and approved without negatively impacting cost or schedule.
