The Etching Equipment Fab Technical Assistant will support the daily operation and maintenance of etching equipment in the fab, ensuring smooth production and quality control. This role requires hands-on experience with various etching-related tools and inspection processes. 【Job Description】 Perform routine inspections and maintenance on etching equipment, including Dry, Wet, Stripper, Implanter, and RTP tools. Manage material dispatching and ensure smooth equipment operation. Conduct Machine Quality Control (MQC), including particle and etching rate monitoring. Perform In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), covering AOI, CD, and Mura inspection. Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and optimize process performance. 【Key Qualifications】 Minimum 2 years of fab operation experience. Hands-on experience with etching equipment and inspection processes. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced fab environment. 【Education & Experience】 High school diploma or vocational school education and above.

1. 技術開發：開發並導入新技術或是新設備以提升產品性能和生產效率，包括自動化技術、數位化流程等。 2. 新製程評估：評估新技術的可行性，進行實驗和測試以驗證其效果。 3. 轉移：將新技術應用於生產線，確保其順利整合並能夠有效運行。 4. 持續改進：不斷監控和改進技術流程，以應對市場變化和需求。 5. 其他主管交辦事項 薪資及職務會依學經歷略作調整

1.規劃承接新產品的導入、擬定課內目標、計劃、及預算，定期檢討其執行結果。 2.執行課內業務日常管理，提昇部屬的能力及意願 3.掌控製程需求、適時預防及處理課內作業的異常，引導工程師建立最適化之製程站。 4.適時提供客戶需求支援，解決客戶抱怨及支援客戶AUDIT 5.分析課內業務之執行，提出改善方案並提升作業效率。
