1. 負責半導體製程設備的日常故障檢測及快速修復。 2. 維護半導體硬體設備及優化設備運行效率。 3. 於無塵室進行設備安裝、調試及維修作業。 4. 執行半導體測試機台之搭建、診斷及維修維護工作。 5. 排查並解決設備運行中遇到的技術問題與設備異常。 6. 測試與評估損壞的機器零件，判定是否需維修或更換。 7. 提供技術支持及設備操作培訓，加強跨部門協作。 8. 定期記錄、分析維修數據，協助改善設備維護計劃。
