What we are looking for The service team at Nova is looking for a Service Engineer to provide product support at Nova customers. In this role you‘ll be joining the Global Service Group at Nova. We provide service to a large-scale install base, at leading semiconductor manufacturers worldwide. Responsible for training, installing, and supporting all Nova products at customer sites worldwide. We foster teamwork, excellence, and innovation, making customer success our main goal. What you will be doing • Implement the Customer Support Policy for the OEM End User. Supervise, maintain, and support company systems in the field. • Support OEM partners, and End Users internal service as defined under warranty and service support agreements. • Maintain, support, and guide proper training to all users, including OEM and End User personnel. (Training will be provided, in most cases, by an engineer dedicated to training). • Maintain proper reporting methods for all activities of customer support as defined by the Territory Service Manager/Customer Support Manager. • Maintain company’s parts inventory under the position’s control. Maintain proper level of stock in accordance with company spare parts tock policy, as set from time to time. • Assist in new equipment integration, “add-ons,” and upgrades. • Provide feedback to the headquarters based on experience gained with customers. • Support the customer beyond the defined working schedule as required.

What we are looking for The “Chemical Metrology Team” at Nova is looking for an Application Specialist, who will be responsible for driving innovation and customer satisfaction by establishing strong relationships with R&D and users, reporting to Deputy GM. In this role, you will need comprehensive understanding of targeted market, work closely with R&D and Engineering team to develop technology and competitive product roadmap, and be able to address customers’ needs. What you will be doing • Establish relationship with R&D/users to understand customer technology, and roadmap for N+1, N+2 Nodes. • Understand market requirement and Total Available Market size By Application for wet etch, damascene, and packaging. • Responsible for product introduction to customers. Communication with customers on technical detail, SOW, and analysis specification including analysis components, and specs. • Responsible for new project management from identification to execution. Interacts and offers solutions to address customer High Value Problem (HVP). • Develop and deliver training programs to internal/external customers. • Co-work with HQ R&D and Engineering team to develop analysis techniques/product portfolio and promote to customers. • Coordinate technology transfer from HQ to customer R&D/HVM and make sure field service readiness and understanding of new systems. • Collaborate with tool vendors, and chemical suppliers to streamline solutions and satisfy customer needs. if you are interested of this position please send your CV of below link: https://www.novami.com/comeetitem/bb84d/
