Prepare and present recruitment reports and insights to Human Resources Director Qualifications & Skills Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in Taiwan market, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, strategic planning, and employer branding. Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking System platforms and recruitment analytics. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and drive data-informed decisions Demonstrated commitment to DEI and inclusive hiring practices. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Experience with recruitment marketing, campus hiring, or AI-powered sourcing tools is preferrable.
