This role is instrumental in driving HR transformation through the application of AI, data analytics, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong AI capabilities using Python, general IT knowledge in databases, systems, and UI/dashboard prototyping; a background in computer science, information management, or a related field. The Data Scientist will function as an HR R&D specialist, exploring and implementing advanced tools and methodologies to enhance HR processes and deliver substantial business impact. Responsibilities: 1. AI and Data Analytics in HR: (1) Develop and implement AI models and machine learning algorithms using Python to optimize HR processes.
