Our team‘s mission is to leverage next-generation technologies to enhance productivity in MediaTek‘s various processes. This technical position requires a combination of knowledge in IC design and expertise in machine learning/generative AI to identify and define opportunities, design feasible and stable solutions, and improve processes to enhance product quality. We are looking for engineers and data scientists who are passionate about introducing new ideas from diverse fields, enjoy working with complex data, uncovering insights, and are eager to tackle challenges. As a key member of a small and versatile team, you will provide the most appropriate solutions through rapid iterations. Objective: 1. Play a critical role in driving cross functional team in enabling critical manufacturing ramp and achieving aggressive time-to-market (TTM) goals 2. Identify ENG sample supply chain risk and mitigation plan, ENG sample delivery demand & commit, ENG to MP supply chain transition to PP Job Description: 1. Overseeing the integration of all ENG supply chain activities, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality 2. Leading cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate ENG supply chain risks 3. Developing and implementing strategies to optimize constrain ENG sample supply and flow 4. Ensuring on-time delivery of ENG samples, materials and components to support project verification and qualification 5. Collaborating with engineering and product development teams to ensure product manufacturability 6. Continuously monitoring and improving ENG supply chain performance metrics 7. Fluent transition for the ENG supply chain to MP supply chain with PP

職責要求 1.儀器設備驗證與導入 負責生產相關儀器設備之選型、安裝及執行IQ/OQ/PQ/RQ驗證，並協助審閱相關文件，確保符合製程需求與GMP規範。 2.儀器設備維護與校正管理 規劃並執行預防保養（PM）及校正（Calibration），確保設備維持穩定運作狀態。 3.器設備異常處理與改善 即時排除設備故障，進行問題分析並提出改善措施，降低製程中斷與風險，特殊氣體(LN2、CO2、O2)。 4.文件與法規遵循。 建立與維護設備相關EOP、Log book及驗證文件，確保符合GMP與資料完整性要求。 5.製程支援與跨部門協作 支援生產與製程開發中儀器設備相關事宜，參與偏差調查、變更控制及技術轉移，確保製程穩定與可重現。 任職資格 1.具實際廠務操作與問題排除經驗（非純管理） 2.細胞治療 / 藥廠 / 化妝品製造 / 檢測試劑產業經驗優先
