★工作地點： 台北市中正區信陽街2號1樓(捷運台北車站M8出口) ★儲備幹部： 至少2年以上餐飲相關工作經驗，熟悉基本服務流程與現場作業，具責任感及學習意願，可配合輪班；有帶班、開閉店或基層管理經驗者優先，後續可培訓晉升店長職務。 ★儲備店長： 需具2-3年以上餐飲門店管理經驗，能獨立負責門店營運、人員管理、排班、教育訓練、客訴處理及基本成本控管。 ★工作時間： 此職務為主管職，需配合營運時段進行排班(09:00-23:00)，月休8-10天(排休制)。 ★工作內容： 1.負責門店營運管理與現場流程安排。 2.帶領店內夥伴完成備料、出餐與服務工作。 3.管理排班、人員訓練及日常工作督導。 4.維持餐點品質、服務品質與門店環境整潔。 5.處理顧客需求，提升顧客用餐體驗。 6.配合公司營運目標，完成主管交辦事項。 ★薪資福利： 月薪40,000元起，符合儲備幹部資格月薪45,000-50,000元。 店長資格底薪50,000元，並另享分紅獎金。
