Through auditing the Coupang catalog, we identify defects that could lead to a poor customer experience and resolve them through communication with relevant departments to ensure correction. What you will do - Review monitoring results conducted by Catalog CX auditors and provide feedback. - Create dashboards visualizing feedback (based on result reviews) and productivity metrics. - Support the creation of monitoring reports and catalog defect reports based on monitoring results. - Analyze discrepancy cases (‘Diff cases‘) according to work guidelines and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Basic Qualifications - Bi-lingual (Native mandarin and basic / conversational english) - At least 2 years of experience in an online or internet-based company, ideally within the e-Commerce sector.
