Job Distribution: -Sample planning & analysis *Support team leader on sample annual budget planning and seasonal spending management. *Compile and provide sample analysis & reports -Sample warehouse operation *Recruit and monitor the local sample part-time helpers seasonally. *In charge of seasonal sample operation (receiving, borrowing, stock count, tracking and provide weekly reports. *Handle sample freight and custom clearance documents. -Code process gates operation – *Lead showroom onsite preparation (Sort, Tag, Setup, Readiness Report, Daily Count, etc.). *Partner with Greater China and local teams in maintaining the operation. *Maintain the showroom & sample room facilities. -Sample liquidation & write-off – *Work with team on sample sales planning & preparation. *Support sample sales execution & onsite vendor resource management. -Support other sample related digital innovation projects, like RFID. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Minimum 1-year hands-on sample management & operation related experience 3. Good communications, coordination and negotiation skills. Fluent in both English and Mandarin. 4. Quick learning capability and strong analytic skills. 5. Multi-tasking and work effectively within tight timeline. 6. Job Description: The position holder is to collaborate with business leaders in Taiwan and responsible for business’s full spectrum of HR functional operation, including recruiting and selection, compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management, office administration, labor legislation, legal compliance and other HR matters that aligns with Corporate policies and values. - Provide strategic guidance and partnership to business leaders, enabling delivery of Business plan and Market plan. - Provide local context and insights for business to facilitate local adoption and the system implementation. - Identify, prioritize and develop organizational capabilities and behaviors to build a workforce that is fit for future. - Effectively partner with, challenge and influence business leaders to deliver the right outcomes on people-related decisions, focusing on key tasks. - Being agile and embrace culture change Asia Pacific and delivering and/or local change initiatives in Business. - Collaborate with Asia PacificHRBPs to deliver an adaptable, right-sized, right-shored operating model focused on improving productivity in Business units. - Identify areas for improvement in HR processes, providing feedback and escalating issues where appropriate to improve productivity within Business. - Develop and deploy an effective talent strategy to ensure high-quality succession pipelines exist for critical roles within Business. - Ensure the HR system transformation project is well implementation and maintenance. - Initiate and execute employee engagement activities align with company’s culture and value. Requirement: 1. More than 8 years of working experience in HR functions covering recruitment, learning and development and compensation and employee welfare. 2. Familiar and experience with the practices of labor legislation and payroll operations. 3. Fluent in spoken and written languages skills for both Mandarin and English. 4. Familiar with Success Factors will be a plus.
