We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Software Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our complex software development initiatives. You will be the pivotal link between technical teams, stakeholders, and business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. Key Responsibilities ● Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation schedules, and risk management strategies. ● Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, and business analysts) through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). ● Process Management: Drive adherence to project methodologies, focusing on Agile/Scrum practices. Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions. ● Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communication, providing clear, frequent updates on progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to all stakeholders. ● Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success. ● Budget & Quality Control: Monitor project budget, managing scope creep and ensuring the final product meets established quality standards and business requirements. Required Qualifications ● Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years directly managing software development projects. ● Methodology Expertise: Proven mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience acting as a Scrum Master is highly desirable. ● Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical dependencies, and common software architecture concepts (e.g., APIs, microservices). ● Tools Proficiency: Expert use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) for tracking progress, managing backlogs, and reporting. ● Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification is highly preferred. ● Education: Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
