Role Overview: As the Global Audit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing our global audit strategy. We seek a strategic thinker who can conduct comprehensive audits and evaluations across all domestic and international subsidiaries, including factories and sales units. Your efforts will enhance operational efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulations. The audit scope will encompass production, sales, research and development, and finance. Collaboration across borders is essential, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to promote best practices and foster cross-national synergies. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct operational audits to assist the company in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Perform internal control checks based on risk assessments. 3. Execute audit-related tasks as required by law and assigned by supervisors. 4. Develop and implement annual audit plans. 5. Provide internal control recommendations based on audit reports and track audit findings. 6. Conduct project audits and provide relevant suggestions through project audit reports. 7. Assist in process improvement and optimization of system documentation to enhance corporate governance.

【Market & Product Competitiveness Analysis】 • Collect local market competitive intelligence and organize competitive product launch report • Conduct and update overall product competitiveness analysis to support product strategy and Market Equation development 【Product Planning & Product Strategy Development】 • Develop product strategy and Market Equation based on analysis of market competitiveness, consumer demands, and future product offering. • Communicate with regional product marketing and program for future product offering 【Product Launch】 • Engage and host product Go-to-Market review with related functions such as PD, Communication, Sales, Training and manufacturing. • Conduct competitive analysis and define USPs for launch message and training material • Lead and integrate in-market launch strategy to dealers, consumers, employees ,and media • Coordinate with PD and Manufacturing teams to ensure the product readiness • Monitor the prior model rundown and programs to address issues if any

•Quality System Operation and Maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system. •Product Inspection and Standard Formulation: Formulate detailed and compliant product acceptance criteria by reviewing design specifications, and establish perfect inspection standards and processes for raw materials, semi finished products and finished products. •Quality Problem Analysis and Handling: Take the lead in analyzing various quality abnormalities and defects in the production process. Assist production/quality departments in test yield improvement. •New Project Quality Control: Participate in the quality risk assessment of new product, new process, new equipment and new material introduction, and formulate corresponding quality control plans and inspection standards. •Customer Complaint Handling, Cooperate with the sales department to handle customer quality complaints, conduct in depth analysis of returned products, coordinate relevant departments to formulate improvement plans and track the implementation effect.
