●FCB/TCB/UF/HS/SMT/AOI/Compression Mold process relating machine implement. 1.​NPI Process Development: Study machine parameters to establish NPI product build-up. ​2.Machine Capability Study: Conduct Machine Capability studies and provide improvement solutions. ​3.Data Analysis: Design DOE and perform statistical analysis to define Key Factors. ​4.Evaluation & Verification: Evaluate and verify the introduction of new equipment and materials. ​5.Abnormality Analysis: Perform production process abnormality analysis and establish specifications. ​6.Project Management: Execute and manage technical development projects. ​7.Equipment Application: Hands-on experience with FC Bonder, Reflow, or Flux Cleaner operation and maintenance.

01. Technical Transfer & Introduction: Lead, guide, and review technical communication and technology transfers for new production equipment in SMT and assembly sections. 02. Automation & Improvement: Drive automation progress and process improvements across SMT and assembly lines. 03. Troubleshooting & Technical Problem Solving: Resolve technical issues related to automated product and equipment design. 04. Maintenance & Abnormalities: Direct and review equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), and production anomaly analysis/troubleshooting for SMT and assembly sections. 05. SOR & Cost Estimation: Interpret product Statement of Requirements (SOR), and direct/review cost estimation and quotation evaluations for SMT and assembly equipment. 06. Task Management (North America): Oversee task assignment and coordination within the Equipment Department at the North American plant. 07. Team Management & KPI: Manage performance evaluations, training, team leadership, KPI setting, tracking, and manpower allocation to achieve departmental goals. 08. Technology Transfer & Equipment Modification: Plan technology transfers for production equipment in the North American plant, and evaluate/track equipment commonality and modifications. 09. Jigs, Fixtures & Inspection Tools / Automation Equipment 10. Design of Experiments (DOE) Planning for VAVE Projects 11. Trial Production & Commissioning of New Equipment 12. Perform other job-related duties as assigned

1、規劃與管理EMS電子代工製程流程（SMT、DIP、組裝、測試、包裝），持續優化生產效率與品質 2、依據PCB Layout與Gerber資料進行製程評估與電路問題分析，協助產線排除異常與提升良率 3、負責新產品導入（NPI）與製程評估管理，提供電子電路與通訊產品相關製程技術支援 4、跨部門溝通協調，確保設計與製程順利銜接 5、監控產線品質指標，主導不良分析、製程改善與預防措施，降低不良率 6、團隊管理與人才培育，工作分配、教育訓練與績效管理，提升團隊專業能力與執行效率

無經驗可 有基本電腦基礎 1.檢驗PCB或者是FPCB板上電子元件是否有黏著不正常的現象並修正 2.上下料加工生產 3.分裝設備操作、線上包裝作業及障礙排除

1. 供應商品質管理(SMT/線材/塑膠射出/印刷電路板/五金件) 2. 原物料品質異常處理及改善追蹤(不合格品原因之追查、分析、報告以及處理) 3. 客戶不良品處理，客訢案件之處理，報告撰寫彙整 4. 制定/維護承物料料檢驗規範 5. 衝突礦石調查/IMDS定期維護 6. 客戶服務&客訴處理 7. 其他主管交辦事項

1. AOI設備操作、檢測程式製作 2. 各式報表製作與專案規劃執行 3. AOI設備軟硬體維護保養，有相關經驗者佳 4. 基本MS軟體操作、或Server資料庫維護 5. 夜班津貼另計

1.負責 SMT / DIP 產線測試不良品分析、故障判定及維修（如空焊、零件異常、功能異常等）。 2.執行電路板故障分析、異常排除及維修作業，提升產品良率與品質。 3.規劃、制定及維護維修、測試相關 SOP、作業指導書（WI）及技術文件。 4.負責生產技術導入與技術移轉，教育訓練作業員，確保製程及維修標準落實。
