【About the Role】 We are seeking a highly motivated Field Application Engineer to join our team, specializing in the development, optimization, and debugging of diagnostic programs for Probe Cards (P/C) and Load Boards (L/B) on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms. New Hires will undergo a comprehensive 1–3 months training program covering semiconductor test processes and equipment specifications. This role requires technical depth and proactive problem-solving skills to ensure robust test stability and high-quality project delivery. 【Responsibilities】 1. Diagnostic Development & Debugging: Develop, maintain, and optimize diagnostic and verification programs for Probe Cards (P/C) and Device Interface Boards (DIB). 2. Platform Optimization: Troubleshoot and analyze diagnostic routines on ATE platforms (e.g., Ultraflex, Ultraflex Plus, Advantest 93K, Eagle, J750).; assist customers in adding test items and enhancing program logic. 3. Test Methodology Innovation: Design and implement testing methodologies using central diagnostic libraries to continuously improve production yield and stability. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration (Key Liaison): o With Bin1 (Verification Dept.): Evaluate program stability and resolve complex issues between the test equipment and DIB. o With IC Designers: Align on circuit design logic to ensure verification schemes meet original design specifications. o With SMT (Production Dept.): Coordinate DIB component mounting, assembly details, and production quality control. o With Assembly/Maintenance Dept.: Manage DIB frame disassembly, cable repairs, and hardware troubleshooting. 5. Technical Support & Reporting: Generate diagnostic coverage reports and provide real-time technical support to internal teams and global customers.

【About the Role】 We are seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) specializing in RF testing to join our engineering team. This role focuses on developing, debugging, and optimizing RF diagnostic and test programs for high-performance semiconductor testing environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ATE platforms and a deep understanding of RF hardware, probe cards, and load boards. 【Responsibilities】 Test Program Development • Develop and maintain RF diagnostic test programs for Device Interface Board. • Support test program development for RF device characterization, validation, and production. • Design and implement new RF test methodologies to improve coverage and efficiency.
