The Sustainability Engagement & Strategy Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s ESG communication strategies. This role focuses on enhancing stakeholder sustainability awareness and driving meaningful action through creative campaigns, strategic content dissemination, and multi-channel engagement. The role requires direct engagement with the company’s executive management team to align ESG initiatives with corporate strategy and business goals. The manager will oversee projects, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with global ESG standards. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement creative ESG engagement strategies to raise sustainability awareness and influence stakeholder behavior. 2. Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including events, digital marketing, and corporate initiatives. 3. Create high-impact multilingual ESG content tailored to diverse audiences across different platforms. 4. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including direct collaboration with the executive management team, to promote ESG initiatives and foster long-term engagement. 5. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize impact. 6. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability. We are seeking a meticulous Sustainability Content Strategist to craft and execute precise content strategies for our sustainability disclosure reports. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage and communicate complex sustainability data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability and communications, with proficiency in both English and Chinese. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to enhance the company‘s sustainability disclosure initiatives. 2. Author and refine sustainability reports, stakeholder engagement materials, and other related communications. 3. Oversee projects associated with sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, and other related initiatives. 4. Track and report on vital sustainability metrics and performance indicators. 5. Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in sustainability disclosure and reporting. 6. Conduct linguistic tasks such as translation between English and Chinese, editing, proofreading, and copywriting. 一、 四大管理體系之建置與輔導 (System Excellence) 體系主導： 負責主導與維護 ISO 9001（品質）、ISO 14001（環境）、ISO 50001（能源） 及 ISO 14064-1（碳盤查） 四大體系的建置與運作。 文件建置與審視： 指導跨部門進行系統文件編撰，透過專業審視確保文件符合國際標準規範，並達成流程簡化與整合。 績效稽核： 執行內部稽核與績效評估，找出品質變異、能源浪費或環境風險，提出改善方案並追蹤落地。 二、 ESG 策略規劃與報告書揭露 (Strategy & Disclosure) 4. 永續報告書： 統籌撰寫年度永續報告書（依據 GRI、SASB、TCFD 等框架），精確揭露環境數據與治理成果。 5. 策略發展： 定位企業 ESG 發展路徑，將減碳、節能與品質提升納入公司中長期發展目標。 三、 碳盤查與能效管理 (Carbon & Energy Action) 6. 盤查與分析： 執行組織溫室氣體排放盤查與碳足跡計算，管理能源消耗數據並建立基準線。 7. 低碳路徑： 制定減碳計畫與節能方案，包含碳權管理、再生能源導入及清潔生產技術之評估執行。 四、 專案管理與合規分析 (Project Management & Compliance) 8. 專案執行： 負責 ESG 相關補助案、節能減碳優化專案之提案、推動及結案報告。 9. 趨勢監控： 掌握國內外環保法規（如 CBAM）、能源政策及汽車業品質標準，提供決策層合規與發展建議。 五、 組織賦能與綠色文化 (Education & Culture) 10. 內部培訓： 策劃全體員工之 ESG 意識與 ISO 標準實務培訓，提升團隊專業能力。 11. 循環經濟： 推廣資源回收再利用（如金屬廢料循環）與資源效率提升計畫，降低生產過程的環境衝擊。 12. 其他專案及主管交辦事項。
