• Assist in overseeing the effective and efficient operation of Reception which include room management, registration, cashiering. Excel in delivering Legendary Quality Experience to guests. • Attend to all feedbacks/comments from guest and transmit them to the departments concerned and ensure that corrective actions are taken immediately. • Ensure full knowledge and understand of LQE is delivered to the gussets at all times. • Check group room allocation, and other special request for groups. • Read through arrival report and see to all guests’ requests and needs according to MOHG established service by guest categories standards. • Supervise and conduct on the job training to all new officers. • Manage room control, monitor availability and efficient release of rooms for arrival guests • To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Duty Manager.

•協助燒烤區工作 •確認工作區域一直處於乾淨的環境之下。向央廚領取魚肉類並且確認廚房間的轉帳是否正確 •記錄新的食譜、新的程序並且透過學習去提升自己的專業能力 •完成主管交代的的工作並協助其他單位或區域 •參加所有教育訓練，維持所有的程序及基本工作一致性，並透過協助主管同時提升自己的專業知識 •Works for BBQ station. •To ensure that the working area is clean at all the time. To collect fish and meat from butchery and to check that all the inter kitchen transfers correspond to the requirements. •Take any note on new recipes, new procedures, keep his learning process going at all times to improve his professional knowledge. •Perform any general duties as defined by his supervisor and help in any other department or section in the kitchen. •Attend any training sessions and always strives to keep abreast of any procedures and general works on upgrading his general knowledge with the help of his supervisor.

• 確認工作區域一直處於乾淨的環境之下。 • 與主廚及外場主管密切配合並協助炒爐區工作。 • 確認工作區域環境清潔。 • 參加兼職人員教育訓練，維持所有的程序及基本工作一致性，並透過協助主管同時提升自己的專業知識。 • 執行被賦予的責任及合理的任務。 • 完成主管交代的的工作並協助其他單位或區域。

客房餐飲服務為國際五星級飯店服務指標，提供住客於房內體驗多元且精緻的餐飲饗宴。 輪職大夜班享大夜津貼。 工作內容： •Possess extensive knowledge of food and beverage in order to assist guests with suggestions and up sell our products, including liquors and cocktails. •Support company‘s philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars and Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement. •To ensure that the Fire Life Health Safety and Security company standards and HACCP Standards are maintained and carried out. They must be monitored regularly to assist in scoring 100％ on the MOHG health and safety audit. •To consistently achieve the service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care and service at all time. •To maintain and order all the store requisitions. •Log in any information about special requirements, preferences from the guests and use it to give the special touch to the service. •Update the Hotel occupancy. •To maintain all information about VIP and group arrival. •Responsible for cash float and cashiering. •To ensure that all in-house VIP‘s list and amenities are registered and any relevant information is discussed. •To liaise with Front Office regarding flow of the guests rooms. •To be fully inform and be aware about all information connecting to Food and Beverage outlets and Mandarin Oriental Taipei/Group generally. •To carry out daily, weekly and monthly inventory. •To overview and control the room‘s order flow by updating the traffic chart board. •To maintain all Hotel‘s assets. •To correctly put the orders in the POS.
