文華苑社區是由文華東方酒店管理的飯店式豪宅(The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Taipei) ，提供文華東方酒店傳奇式卓越優質的服務給所有的業主、住戶、賓客及訪客。 工作內容： 1.主要負責泳池現場安全維護 2.泳池設備基本操作及維護 3.每日例行性工作及水質控管管理 4.泳池周遭環境清潔維護及家具保養 5.健身房和瑜珈室例行性巡檢 6.配合主管交辦事項 7.須具備體委會救生員執照 8.社區泳池非全年開放，未開放時間須配合協助禮賓同仁引導接待賓客。

【工作時間】 15:30～23：30 須配合輪班 基本薪資 29,500~30500起 分紅獎金另計 生日禮金/三節禮金/分紅獎金 休假制度 ––––––––––––––––––- 變形工時 8 - 10天/月 遇國定假日給予補休 （需依公司預訂房況，配合調整休假時間） 特別休假：依照員工年資給予法定的特休天數，讓員工可以安排個人事務。 1.負責電話接聽及轉接、答覆問題諮詢及登記留言、櫃檯接待和一般庶務行政工作 2.櫃檯接待旅客，辦理住房與退房的登記，諮詢服務 3.完成主管交辦事項，做事細心、能獨當一面者
