【About the Role】 We are seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) specializing in RF testing to join our engineering team. This role focuses on developing, debugging, and optimizing RF diagnostic and test programs for high-performance semiconductor testing environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ATE platforms and a deep understanding of RF hardware, probe cards, and load boards. 【Responsibilities】 Test Program Development • Develop and maintain RF diagnostic test programs for Device Interface Board. • Support test program development for RF device characterization, validation, and production. • Design and implement new RF test methodologies to improve coverage and efficiency. Debug & Analysis • Analyze test data and debug RF signal integrity issues on ATE platforms such as Advantest 93K, Teradyne UltraFLEX, or similar systems. • Collaborate with design teams to validate and debug RF interface hardware (DIB). Customer & Reporting • Generate technical reports and provide test coverage analysis for internal teams and external customers. • Respond to customer inquiries regarding test performance, coverage, and diagnostic results. • Ensure testing processes comply with industry standards and customer requirements.
